The consultation is used as a fact-finding mission to make sure we can work together successfully. We talk through the challenge you are currently experiencing and how it is affecting your life right now and what you would like instead. This helps us come up with a plan on what we need to work on and how.

A parent or carer will normally be present for the consultation but not for the actual sessions themselves unless they are family sessions. We find that children tend to focus better and be more open and honest without a parent there.

This being said, if a child is particularly anxious without a parent I'm perfectly happy for a parent to come in too.

A typical session lasts 50 minutes. If the child is very young, struggles to stay focussed or has additional needs we sometimes reduce the session time.

• Initial 45 minute Consultation - £25 (face to face or Zoom)

• 1:1 session - £90 per session or block book 5 sessions for £400 saving you £10 per session

• Family sessions - £100

The number of sessions needed depends on how deeply rooted the problem is. The average number of sessions is typically between 5-7 but can be as few as 3.
